      Alberto Mur L\u00f3pez received his degree in Telecommunications Technology and Services Engineering from the School of Engineering and Architecture (EINA) of the University of Zaragoza (UZ) in 2019 and obtained a Master\u2019s Degree in Big Data Engineering from the University of Barcelona\u2019s Institute of Lifelong Learning in 2020.<\/p>\n

      His professional career started in 2009 working as a web developer for several software companies. Lately, in 2013 he began his bachelor studies in the field of Telecommunications. In 2019 his Bachelor\u2019s Thesis work about analysis and comparison of different interpolation methods and efficient hardware design and implementation on SoC FPGA was graded with honors and contributed to a publication in the IECON 2019 \u2013 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society.<\/p>\n

      That same year he joined the HOWLab team, he started a Master\u2019s Degree in Big Data Engineering where he could improve and master his abilities in infrastructure design, distributed systems, and data governance. This knowledge, along with the work carried out at the laboratory deploying wireless sensor networks and wide experience in software development, led him to deploy and maintain the laboratory IoT infrastructure.<\/p>\n

      One of his main interests is massive IoT deployments maintaining the low operational cost of the infrastructure. Other topics of main interest he is working on are data lifecycle including transport, processing, storage, and access; distributed systems maintenance, monitorization, and development; and all the growing IoT ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
